We started Wold & Co because we believed the market was missing something: an operator who treated every property as a home first, and hosting guests as a secondary consideration. Our owners don't hear from us only when something goes wrong - because we work to ensure things don't. We document every appliance, every service record, every seasonal and routine check from the boiler and the Aga, to the log burner and the swimming pool. We intimately get to know each property in our care and schedule preventative maintenance before it becomes urgent.
When your home is ready to welcome guests, we handle that too, personally and selectively. The people who stay in your home are chosen for how well they will treat it, not simply for their willingness to pay the rate. We welcome guests directly and every enquiry is handled by us - and through Plum Guide, one of the few booking platforms whose editorial standards we trust to represent your home properly.

Luca Loscalzo founded Wold & Co after a decade consulting to global high-growth tech companies, including some of the most ambitious emerging from the Bay Area. He brings a personal history in luxury property development too, with homes on the private estate of The Park in Nottingham. He lives in the Cotswolds, is embedded in its community, and knows the difference between a property that is merely managed and one that is genuinely cared for.
